ROLES OF RANKS -

Pvt Private
- Basic soldier . They are the greenhorns of the clan. Basic duties apply, such as recruiting, attending meetings, and pointing out possible rule breakers to the upper management.
Granted when approved into HSG

PFC Private First Class
- A step up from Private, these soldiers essentially have the same duties as a Private. They can act as a mentor of sorts to the Privates if they have enough experience in the clan.
1 Week of Membership in HSG

Cpl Corporal
- Corporals are the base of the foot soldiers. A Corporal's position in the clan is nearly as important to the Privates as a Colonel is to the Majors. A Corporal can help point out Privates who work enough for a promotion and can help control what Private is who in the clan. Corporals can advance to higher Sergeant positions quicker if they perform their duties with exceptional talent.
2 Weeks of Membership in HSG

Sgt Sergeant
- The base of the Sergeant ladder. Generally, all Sergeants will be doing the same duties. Sergeants will get the dirty work of the Ladder, which includes things such as welcoming Privates to the clan and getting them to know the rules, Code of Conduct, and the way of the rank system.
3 Weeks of Membership in HSG

GSgt Gunnery Sergeant
- Special Award Rank. Becoming a Gunnery Sergeant takes a fair amount of work on the Corporals part, and therefore can only be achieved by a select few people. The Gunnery Sergeant is therefore not required to work, but in order for advancement, a Gunnery Sergeant must do any work left over. One can only stay in the Gunnery Sergeant position for 2 WEEKS. After that time period, you will be put to either Master Sergeant or back down to Sergeant.

MSgt Master Sergeant
- A Master Sergeant will receive the duties of controlling a squad composed of Privates, Private First Classes, Corporals, and Sergeants. They will be responsible for reporting to the Sergeant Major at least once every week, giving intelligence such as amount in your squad, who left, and anyone who should be considered for promotion. Prominent work, as well as a Gunnery Sergeant or Sergeant who can fill the position, will get a Master Sergeant moved up.
6 Weeks of Membership in HSG

SGM Sergeant Major
- Top dog of the non-officer ranks. A Sergeant Major is basically to the Privates what a Major is to the Lieutenants. The Sergeant Major is responsible, along with a maximum of four other Sergeant Majors, for overseeing all squad activities. They will be responsible for coordinating battles between squads, as well as reporting to the Lieutenants of the Company the status of each squad under their command. An essential piece of the clan, these particular soldiers can be promoted only if 1) a viable understudy can be promoted and 2) a great record of meeting attendance is attained.
Granted once an Officer notices great work as a Master Sergeant. Minimum 7 Weeks of Membership in HSG

2LT Second Lieutenant
- A Second Lieutenant is the first in a line of officer positions. A Second Lieutenants duties include assisting the Captain with their duties of recruiting and recruit control. They will also be responsible for the officer dirty work, such as sending out messages regarding mottos and asking who is still in the clan and who is not. Also, a Second Lieutenant may handle the promotions and demotions of Private <-> Sergeant after two weeks of being a second lieutenant and the Major's approval. Maximum of four Second Lieutenants is allowed per company.
Minimum 8 Weeks of Membership in HSG. Appointed by an Officer of rank Captain or above.

1LT First Lieutenant
- Responsible for the control of promotions up to Sergeant, and can recommend soldiers for promotion up to Master Sergeant. These Lieutenants are also responsible for overseeing the entire set of squads in their Company. Maximum of three First Lieutenants, maximum two if less than 75 members in the squad.
Minimum 10 Weeks of Membership in HSG. Appointed by an Officer of rank Major or above.

CPT Captain
- The Major's understudy. Responsible for Logistics as well as helping out with promotions, demotions, and punishment for infractions. A Captain is an essential piece of the clan due to the fact that if they do not control Logistics, the Majors will have to work it into their already busy schedule. One per Company.
Granted with acceptable work and conduct as a lower rank.

MAJ Major
- The last of the Company Officers. A Major can do whatever they wish with their company, barring extreme demotions, promotions, punishments, and transferring members between companies. The Major also runs the weekly meeting for their company, and can be demoted if they do not work with their company. Majors also receive the power to promote up to First Lieutenant. One per Company.
Granted after major improvements in their company have been shown. Minimum 12 Weeks

LTC Lieutenant Colonel
- The first of the Top Command, a Lieutenant Colonel is responsible for commanding a battalion from a division, which includes duties such as reporting amount of members in each company, and things such as Officer promotions and demotions. Also responsible for total Logistics check, and can control every company in their battalion. Maximum amount allowed is equal to the amount of Battalions in a division.
Granted after extreme dedication to HSG. Must have a wonderful attendance record to all meetings as well as performing any duties assigned to them with no complaints.

COL Colonel
- A Colonel's duties coincide with the General's duties, these can be found in the description of the General's position. Also, a Colonel is responsible for the actions of their Lieutenant Colonels, and can promote people as far as Major. Can also plan events for their division. Maximum amount allowed is half the amount of Lieutenant Colonels.
Appointed by the General or Commander in Chief when a Colonel is needed; available to any Lieutenant Colonel who performs their duties with near perfection.

LGen Lieutenant General
-a ghost spot for members that are brough in that are appointed a high rank when none are available.
not to be used except by a board member.

Gen General
- A General is the overseer of all division activities. A General can demote anyone, can promote anyone, can punish anyone for their infractions, and can create new companies when necessary. Also, a General is responsible for reporting the condition of their Division to the Commanders in Chief every week. The General is a valuable tool, and they are to be respected as they arguably have the biggest job out of all positions. One per division.
Appointed only by the Commander in Chief or the Board Members

CiC Commanders in Chief
- A Commander in Chief is the top dog of the clan side of HSG. A Commander in Chief is responsible for all clan activities which falls into Divisions, Battalions, Companies, and Squads. A Commander in Chief is not to be bothered with petty infractions, but can and will use their powers of demotion, promotion and removal from clan when necessary. A General must report to the Commanders in Chief each week.
Appointed by the Board Members

Board Member - The equivalent of owner and Creater of HSG. The Board Members are the ones who have complete control over all activities relating to Head Strong Gaming. They have the right to halt any and all activities at any given time, given a well thought out reason as to why they will halt actions. The Board Members can remove anyone from the clan, and have the ability to waive requirements for ranks if they see fit.

Website Staff

WO1 Warrant Officer 1
- Basic duties such as reporting problems with the website as well as members whose posts are deemed unnecessary, rude, etc.

CW2 Chief Warrant Officer 2
- Basic moderator. Chief Warrant Officer 2's are given a specific piece of the forum to moderate, and can only moderate their particular section.

CW3 Chief Warrant Officer 3
- Moderator of Categories in the forum. A Category is the title of a group of particular forums, such as the General Chat Category.

CW4 Chief Warrant Officer 4
- Moderates all of the forums. Can control any part of the forum

CW5 Chief Warrant Officer 5-
- Coordinator of all Chief Warrant Officers. Limit one at any time. Equal to the Commander in Chief rank. will be apart of the Administration team and will have a seat on the board
